This year, I started a big project of reading, reviewing, and ranking as many indie picture books that I could while still pursuing my own publishing career.  I was able to read 178 picture books, each filled with heart, creativity, and dedication. Out of this treasure trove, I’m thrilled to present the Mom's Best Reads Award, an accolade designed to honor the most unique and entertaining indie picture books that I read in 2024.
